Interview
Applied online. Assessment first and passed it. Got a call from HR for initial interview and was told I passed it and to wait for an email for the final interview sched. But...instead I got an email saying that they'll put my application under file. Like WTH?! Okay, I'll understand that if I failed the assessment and/or initial interview. Fine. No worries. But I passed both assessment AND initial interview. There's no reason to just put my application on active file WITHOUT a final interview. No excuse at all. You bet I'm mad because I wasn't given the chance to prove that I'm capable for the position through a final interview. And note I'm not applying for a managerial position. Not even for assistant manager. It's for a management trainee. You bet I'm mad because it's unfair. Whoever turned down that application AFTER passing assessment and initial interview, you know who you are. I hope your manager sees this review and see he/she has bad staff that didn't have any excuse to turn down an applicant that, by all accounts, passed assessment and initial interview. Bad recruitment process there
