I was interviewed via Zoom for this position. The interview was straightforward and I was asked questions about how I would deal with situations like if a child was crying how I would comfort them in the classroom. I was also asked about my theory of educating children and how I would like to teach them to speak English. The interviewer was friendly and personable.
