Fairly simple. Good questions asked but also a lot of get to know time for them to get the feel for me and vice versa. Very personable and professional. I enjoyed this type of interview and recommend it for a lot of companies in their hiring process.

What previous experience do you have that would help you in the field we work in?
4 rounds of interviews with different people. I met with everyone from the head of marketing to the CEO. I also participated in an art review/test where I was tasked with making certain designs in a period of time.
