We run recruitment and assessment events throughout the year to give as many people as possible the chance to learn about Financial Planning and decide whether to pursue an application with us. Our investment in local people is significant, and the recruitment process is designed to ensure that such investment is directed to the most deserving candidates. This means that the number of new recruits each year is modest and dovetails with the natural staff turnover, which, as you would expect is much lower than average and was reflected in our recent award for the 'Best Financial Adviser to Work For'.
