Casual interview process. However the questions really emphasized on personal strengths and fit for consideration with client offer. Also was asked questions about my ideal work environment and my style of executing tasks.

Preferred work hours and locations, work style, management style, etc. Seeking permanent roles with growth or prefer long term temp assignments. Would I be opposed to working overtime hours or set hours.
