We had to meet online, very smooth process. My interviewer was so kind and down to earth. Just relax, have some stories about yourself and express your passion to be a part of children’s lives. The next step was taking my picture and getting my shirt and learning how to use the app.

Interview
The interview process was laid back. It is mostly on your experience with children and "what would you do if...?" situational questions. If you have enough childcare experience, the interview will be a breeze.
The hiring process was fast. They needed 2 references from families you have babysat before, and a background check. It can be completed within 48 hours if your references answer right away.
