Interview
I applied on Indeed and received and email to set a time to conduct an interview. I followed the link and picked a time that worked best for me, after that I received a link for a Google Meet for the day and time I chose.
I arrived to the interview right on time and my interview came in to the meeting less than minute behind me. I really enjoyed the interview process. I was asked the usual questions, availability, transportation, and age groups previously worked with. I was also asked scenario based questions on different aspects of care with a 6 month old. We went over what areas I was comfortable traveling to and what times. And after 20 minutes I received a conditional job offer and began part of the onboarding process!
