There is a four-stage interview process. I left part-way through the first stage. The first stage is on teams. One of the interviewers showed up 15 minutes late. He was rude. They were cagey about salary arrangements initially and when I pressed it, they flatly refused to disclose any information regarding pay arrangements. He stated that it would take too long to explain and that the purpose of the interview was to see if I was the right sort of person. I left.
