Met with regional manager then one of three principals. I asked if there were any current openings at Jules and Associates. From there i asked to schedule an interview.

Depending on which location you are applying for the interview process may differ. However, the interview process at the Irvine locations was fairly simple. I had an over the phone preliminary interview with the recruiter, who provided me with more details about the position for round 1. My next step was a small panel interview at the office. This was great because I was able to see the office culture and work environment. Lastly, I had a 1-on-1 with the Senior VP at the headquarters in downtown LA.
