The entire interview process at JumpCut was one of the best interviews I have ever experienced so far. It was not as nerve wracking as I had expected it to be. I had two waves of interviews when I applied at JC, the first one was with just one person, and the second one was with three managers. All of them were very polite and they made me feel relaxed first before asking any formal interview questions. It was as if they wanna be friends first before dealing with business.I was able to calm my nerves and answer all their questions smoothly. Just to give you an idea of how good the experience was, at one point on my second interview, I wished that conversation went on longer. I wished that they would ask more questions because I was feeling really comfortable telling them my story. And that's totally different from all of the other interviews I have had in the past wherein one would just want it to end before it even began.
