Interview
I had two interviews before getting hired to Juni. The first interview was a about 10 min and consisted of me answering questions about myself and then I gave a very quick lesson at the end of the interview . In the second interview I had to give two short lessons. After the interviews, which were both online through video chat, i heard back a couple of days later about the good news.
It was a mock lesson interview teaching two computer science lessons. They tell you beforehand what lessons you'll teach and a teaching guide that has info on what you're gonna teach.

Give a lesson on how to do the bubble sort algorithm
Mock interview teaching a couple of lessons in about an hour time slot with feedback after each mock session. Really enjoyed the interview process. Interviewer made the environment easy to navigate.

Interview
Basic screening questions, and a mock lesson with the interviewer is done afterwards. The mock lesson is sent beforehand so there is enough time to prepare to give a short 10-15 minute lesson.
