They ask you mock tour questions. These questions range from things like "what would you do if a parent said [insert crazy thing]" to "where is your favorite place to go in town?" answering these to the best of your ability will help you get a job.

It was a competitive interview process. there were so many people who want to get jobs on campus and this is one of the more coveted jobs by students because of the flexibility with hours, meeting new people, etc.
