Just one day i went to drop the resume. after few weeks i got a call for interview. After few days again i got a call that i have been offered and the whole process went smoothly.

Situation based questions related to customer handling
i found it on line, apply, they call me, meet, was short and easy. tell about my job experience, how to handle problems with customers. no complains. i start to work the next day.

Really easy questions, no dress code.
Basic questions like, tell me more about you, how do you handle stress, how do you handle a difficult situation.
Wear basic, jeans and a shirt.
