interviewer was easy going and very thorough he asked what traits would make you a good fit for the company and what your goals were in life as well as what you hope to accomplish
Was done over video chat with a very young employee and one of the owners. Very casual. Easily distracted. The interview questions are very easy and self explanatory but I am pretty sure they refused me because of my age. I am fully capable and have had experience do this kind of work at Coachella. I know this because I had hopped on to early and was listening to their previous interview and they had just told the young girl if she had any other friends that wanted to work and to invite them to interview. I was sent an email the very next day that they didn't need me and encouraged me to apply next time. BS. And was considering investing.
