Applied online. Was followed up by a few emails arranging a phone interview, this mostly seemed like a get to know you call and also to talk about work experience, no technical questions were asked.
From there I was sent a code res to complete which took about 4-6 hours to complete in total.
They were quick to respond with feedback and arranged a face to face interview the next week.
The face to face interviews were longer than expected. First I interviewed with two developers. Then with two other groups of two people which were a mix of people in the management teams or other developers.
Was then asked back one final time for an interview with the CEO.
After that I was asked if I wanted to stay for lunch and an hour after leaving I was offered the position,
