The overall interview process was pretty straightforward. A couple of stages that consisted of phone calls with hiring manager, coding challenges, peer review, and in-person conversational meetings at the final stage.

Interview
The process started with a pleasant, conversational call with the internal recruiter where we discussed my background, skills, the company and the role. The recruiter was very upfront about the salary being offered. After the call, I was invited to move onto the technical assessment. For the assessment I was given the option of doing a take-home challenge or live coding session. I chose the take-home challenge.

Create a small web-app based on provided instructions and sample wireframe. Only spend one or two hours on the task. The instructions were vague and purposely open-ended.
