I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Justworks (New York, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
For starters, I usually don't take the time to write reviews unless I have an interesting experience to share.
I had no idea about this company. Kevin reached out to me from a resume he found online. He emailed me stating he would like to follow up with a phone interview. I responded the same day and didn't hear back for two days. When I did, he asked about my availability and without confirmation from me, went and scheduled me in for a random day and time. When I did eventually receive a call it was 20 minutes later then the interview time that he initiated.
The interview began and I was asked what my work experience was like. As I started to speak, Kevin rudely started to speak with someone else, in the room he was in, during our interview!
He came back on the phone without apology and told me to continue. A minute into the conversation he asked me to hold the line.
Congratulations Justworks, you win the honor of the worst phone interview experience I've ever had
We're sorry you had this experience, but we really appreciate you sharing your insights. We're always working to better our interview process, and your feedback is helpful in doing so.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Justworks (New York, NY) in Jul 2019
Interview
The process was very clear and quick. Initial phone screening set up a week after sending my resume. This was followed by an onsite which consisted of 4 individual interviews for a total of 2-2.5 hrs. It was clear from the type of questions they were asking that the company puts a lot of effort into hiring good talent and genuinely wanted to see you succeed in an environment that is right for you. I walked away feeling like they did a very thorough job of checking my qualifications while also asking me about what I was looking for in a new company as an employee. They were also very prompt with all forms of communications. Overall, great experience!

Interview
Received an email to schedule a phone interview. I picked a time and when the day came the individual called me 30 minutes late! He asked about my work and experience and stated it sounds like I would be good in another department. He then informed me that he would forward my resume and I would hear from them the following week. Never happened! I sent an email and no response! Unprofessional!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Justworks (New York, NY) in Sep 2016
Interview
The interview process as Justworks was pretty simple. I had applied online via their website and got a response from a recruiter who scheduled my phone interview. I spoke with a sales development manager and it was a very pleasant conversation and went well. I was then invited to come into the office for the onsite interview where I met with the SDR Trainer, and 2 SDR Managers to go over my work experience and why I wanted to work at Justworks. It was a pleasant experience meeting everyone and going into the office and then things got bad.
A week and a half go by and I don't hear back from the HR recruiter at all. I know that HR cannot reach out to every applicant for the role but they should have the decency to update candidates that they bring in for on site interviews in a timely manner. Only after I took the initiative to reach out to the recruiter about my status was I informed that they were not moving forwards with my candidacy. I'm fine with rejection but it is a common courtesy to keep applicants who have taken the time and effort to come into the office in the loop. I found this to be very unprofessional.
