Briefly asked about my resume and web portfolio. Asked really basic questions and didn't go into depth of actually getting to know me as a prospective employee.
The interview was a mere 13 minutes long and over the phone. How do you expect to thoroughly know someone while skimming questions and making presumptuous acquisitions by going through their web portfolio without even being properly walked through it? Yes, you can say "Okay this person does this and this." I get an email back two hours after the interview saying I wasn't intellectually curious to how Jut works. I can say that Jut wasn't intellectually curious on how I work either.
From the interview it didn't seem like Jut really invests in their employees nor do they seem to care. I feel they were going through motions and it didn't reflect very well on this company. Further more, how do you get quality candidates through a 13 minute phone interview? The interviewer was nice but the talent acquisition individual seemed to be rather short, rude, and unprofessional. I guess that's how it is these days.
Overall, I did do my research. I know what Jut does and I did find them interesting but they seemed more like another Github wannabe.
