Kudos to the recruiting team! Keep up the good work. Almost each week there was an update on the next step in the hiring process. I first had the interview with a recruiter in which we talked about the company, my experience, and why Juul Labs. A week later, I had an interview with the hiring manager which consisted more on my work experience and couple scenario questions. A couple weeks later, I was given the opportunity for an on site interview which was great news considering I’m currently not residing in the area and looking to relocate. The communication for flight and accommodations was great. I can say one of the best experiences when it came to communication with a recruiter/coordinator during the whole process.
The company visit was a positive experience as well. The facility is very modern/industrial and you can tell they are in full expansion mode with all the construction in the area. I interviewed with 5 individuals all about 30 minutes each. With some interviewers we talked about the position and role. Others we talked about the culture of Juul and why did I choose Juul? Overall, very professional experience with each one of them and I could see they all took pride in their organization.
After the interview however, I didn’t expect hiring decision to last weeks. The recruiter who I had majority of contact with was great in communicating the whole time. I followed up a couple times and waited for almost a month and he would provide updates of why the process is taking longer than usual.
This company is coming from a startup to a fully regulated operation. So you can cut them some slack and little patience. I wouldn’t mind my experience applying with them again in future
