With such low salaries, they will accept anyone who agrees to sign a bond for 2 years. If you decide to leave before that then they will claim 2 Lakhs back from you. Apart from that the work being extremely NOT challenging, the rest of the process is a farce. They will just make it appear professional so that the candidate thinks it should be good to work here. Wear formals ofcourse. Casuals are not allowed in the office which sucks at such modern times and specially in Chennai where there is so much heat and humidity. Just be ready to be a slave and if they sense that then you might receive the offer on the same day.
