Initial phone screen, review of position, then in-person interview. Then 2nd and 3rd round of in-person interviews and then a week of waiting to get the job offer. Interviews reviewed my resume, basic questions, etc. Had an interview with 2 different people before I got the position. Interviewers ended up being my bosses, no HR.
