I had a two step interview process. The first interview was with the GM at the plant main office. They showed me some product samples and went over the general responsibilities of the role. My second interview was with HR. It was more intense questions followed by them answering my questions.

Referred by a friend who worked there. Submitted my resume to HR and got called in for an in person interview. There I filled out an application, answered questions about my work experience and took an rest on my excel ability. A week later, I had a follow up phone interview with HR in which they offered me the position.
