After about 1 month of online application, they invite you for a skype interview. There is just one interview which lasts for about 45 minutes. Then after about a month, you get the decision. Then it takes like ages (around 6 months at least) to get the visa.

Interview
I've had an interview with a professor for a Postdoc Fellowship. The professor arrived 15 minutes late and had no courtesy to excuse himself for being late. I presented my work and afterwards he was nowhere to be seen. I waited for a while but I assume he just muted the meeting and went on to do whatever. I'd give it 0 stars. No respect to anyone's time.
