The process was conducted in a way that gave both KLA and me the opportunity to assess whether the hire was a "good fit." Sample work requested, interviews with team members (implementation, management, peer consultants) really helped me get a handle on the scope of the position. I came with several specific questions, and that helped guide the calls in a very positive direction.
