First interview was a call with HR, second interview was a call with hiring manager, third was an in-person task. People were nice - task was very general which meant perhaps a bit too much room for interpretation. My issues came from lack of communication - they took 2 weeks to get back to me and I had to chase them up twice. I was told not having much product experience didnt matter but that was the feedback on why I didnt get the role in the end. I wish I'd been rejected earlier on in the process due to this, as I felt my time had been wasted and the process stretched 5 weeks...
