Pretty smooth all things considered. They're desperate for full time staff since this is a lab for students at the Missouri School of Journalism. Students and staff are friendly and eager to learn and grow.
It was a very easy and quick process. Once I applied I heard back very quickly from management. It has been a great experience. Wonderful place to learn and grow as a journalist.
