I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KOOSA Kids (Camberley, England) in May 2024
Interview
Straightforward interview asking for previous experience working with children and/or in the sector. A few scenarios were given to gauge how you would manage children who acted out or needed extra support. Other questions regarding childcare such as knowledge of safeguarding, etc.

What would you do if your group were doing an arts and crafts activity where they were painting castles but some children wanted to go outside and play football rather than doing art?
very pleasant. was offered a cup of tea and coffee. it was a very informal interview and felt very relaxed. did not take long - only took around 20 minutes and got a call back quite soon after so I was not left in the dark.
