Interview
The KPMG interview process for a Senior Consultant position typically involves multiple stages to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Here’s a general overview of the process: 1. Online Application: Start by submitting your resume and cover letter through KPMG’s online application portal. 2. Screening Call: If your application meets the initial criteria, you might receive a call from a recruiter to discuss your background, experience, and motivations for joining KPMG. 3. Initial Interview: This interview is usually conducted by phone or video conference and involves discussing your background, experiences, and fit for the role. You might be asked behavioural questions to assess your competencies and alignment with KPMG’s values. 4. Behavioural Interviews: You may have additional interviews with senior team members or partners to further assess your fit within the company culture and your ability to work in a team environment. 5. Offer: If you successfully pass all stages of the interview process, you’ll receive an offer. This will include details about compensation, benefits, and other relevant information.
