Recruiter screen, meetings with the head of program management, 2 panel interviews and a panel presentation. I was told I had great feedback in all steps but they selected someone with more of a software engineering technical background. Theyre very focussed on having technical Ai experience. The job title shifted from project manager to technical project manager mid interview cycle and it seemed like their requirements changed as well.
