Fair and straight forward - asked about my experience putting together stories for my school station. Talked about my internships, job experience. Offered me to visit the station in person

Interview
I applied online through the Quintern program. I had a brief phone interview then was asked to come in for an interview. That interview took four hours (which I was not warned about). I arrived around 10:45 a.m. and left a little after 3:00. I interviewed with the exec producer, sat with another producer through a show and then when they did "busy work", took a test, and met with the director. I was told they would get back to me within the next week with an answer. I was never called, I did not even receive a letter. This just really rubs me the wrong way, regardless if I would've gotten the job or not, because it was a 3 hour 15 min drive each way (6.5 total hours driving). I felt they did not value my times with the interview taking over 4 hours and the long drive I had. They were expecting bad weather in the area and knew this. They told me they would try to get me out of there as soon as they could so I didn't have to drive in the bad weather.
