1st. 30min Teams interview 2nd. ~2hr in-person interview with 3 operations leaders, plant tour. It seems the person that left, really left a gaping hole in their manufacturing resources. After the interview, you will be required to take a personality test -which I must say, the scenarios asked are not realistic, lacking information/context and leave too many alterative answers which, of course, are not an option to select. This is a red flag, and it should be a red flag for you too! Looking back, I dodged a bullet.
