I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kadince (Draper, UT) in Jan 2024
Interview
Too many rounds of interviews, too much time between communication. They send you a test and a sample project, both of which are extremely trivial but slow the process down. When eventually you do have a communications issue, (which you will when the process takes 2 months) they simply drop you without explanation. The company is unprofessional, the postings mention books that they have not read themselves, (Good to Great), and applicants who are "just trying to get unemployment" are told not to apply. (Their words not mine.) They are also cagey about salary and don't mention a range. Personally I would avoid this one. (Update, they also send emails days later, which is weird. Awkward overall.)

Interview
A very long process. I interviewed for 5+ weeks with Kadince. First round HR screen, short. Second round online coding assessment (1 hr). Third round technical video interview/conversation. Fourth round I was given a full stack coding project to complete in one week. Fifth round was a review about the coding project, discussing design decisions and approach. Was told I would speak to some product focused team members for the final round interview. After 10 days of silence from them I received an email that I was not the right fit.
