I applied online. I interviewed at Kagi in Jun 2025
Interview
A few weeks after submitting my application, I received an email from the new hiring manager with a short intro to the role, and a take home project. The take home was expected to take about two weeks. After submitting the take home, I was told to expect to hear back by mid-month. After hearing nothing, I reached out at the beginning of the following month, and was told two other candidates were in late stages, and if they didn't work out they'd reach back out to me. It's now a month after that and I've had no feedback.
I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and the major disparity between what was asked by me as a candidate and what was apparently put into the process by the company.
