Very negative experience with the initial recruiter screening. The process felt unprofessional from the start. Although both the company and I are based in Berlin, the recruiter was traveling in Asia and only offered interview slots between 5–8am Berlin time, which is highly inconvenient and not considerate of candidates' schedules. Additionally, despite being told that I would receive an update regarding next steps, there was no follow-up at all. This lack of communication reflects poorly on the overall hiring process.

I arranged a 1st stage online interview through the companies internal recruiter with the hirining manager. The company then cancelled the interview 30 minutes before it was set and I did not hear back from the company following this.
