I had an interview with this company 3yrs ago, can't remember exact questions they asked me. The entire process was very accommodating and qualitative. After the first round, I was invited to a meeting with their boss. Very polite and professional, provide lots of feedback along the way.

Questions regarding your work experience, skills set,etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiyao (North York, ON)
Interview
Called in a week. 4 rounds of interview. No punctuality from the employer. The CEO was basically in and our and eating snacks (grape fruit and brownies). The interview was done with him walking out with bread crumbs all over his face.
