My First Interview Experience – A Lesson in Positive Hiring Practices Your first interview is always a mix of excitement and nerves, and mine was no different. On February 14th, I had the opportunity to interview at Kale Logistics Solutions in Thane, Mumbai. While I didn’t get the job, I walked away with something even more valuable—an incredible learning experience and a newfound appreciation for good hiring practices. I also truly appreciate Rahim Bhimani, who conducted my interview with patience and professionalism. He quickly noticed my nervousness, helped me overcome it, and ensured I felt at ease throughout the conversation. This experience has completely changed my perspective on HR and hiring managers.
