Quite simple process, not many questions.
The only “problem” I found was that the recruiting manager is asking for 100 contacts at the beginning, honestly for me is not very professional.

It was a very basic interview they just test whether you are willing to learn or not. They check your knowledge regarding insurance and test your communication skills whether you can pursue someone or not.
