Got interviewed by VP or Role Manager. Asked to introduce about yourself. Ensured ease of comfort in a ground level sales role. Shared experiences of real estate industry. Have multiple sites, travel will be essential

Straightforward domain and non domain questions asked. Very conversational style, more casual but still structured. Interview also happened in one of the sales office. Good number of candidates were there but the process was quick and seamless
