Brief essay and questionnaire about what program you would be interested in applying for then phone interview with previous intern who was most likely from the same program you applied for. Phone interview was scheduled and lasted for about an hour, my only issue was that the person who interviewed me did not know much about the director or the actual curriculum for my specific program. I was told a lot of things would occur that only the previous director was involved in, I was fine with my experience there but I can see how some would be unhappy if they expected one thing and got something completely different.

After submitting the application, you'll be contacted some days afterwards about scheduling an interview with an alumni member. You will schedule a time through their scheduling system and they will call you at the time you requested. After the interview, they send a follow-up email and say that you can ask them any questions if they come up later on. Within the next two weeks, you find out if you're accepted or not.
