Very casual and understanding
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kaluza (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
100% same process outlined by other engineers on Glassdoor. I've only had the Recruiter screen call. They scheduled interviews with the Hiring Manager twice, but both times a no-show. FYI, it's been 1 month between the recruiter screen and the hiring manager call(Which didn't happen). I give up on this. This incompetence and communication gaps surely make it into the role as well, and I wouldn't want to be a part of that. For Christ's sake 🤦🏼♀️
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kaluza (Stroud, England) in May 2025
Interview
First stage interview only, very polite and informative about the position and expectations of the candidate. The connection was delayed and this is unfortunate as the position was 100% remote, which set the tone, reminding me of why I dislike remote work.
