I had multiple rounds, virtual, phone and in person with lecture. It was a quick interview process. This was a great experience. There was a good amount of communication between each step.

Meetings with department chair and deans with multiple types of questions. They seemed very prepared. Each interviewer had questions. Some read the questions from a sheet of paper, so I had the impression that other interviewees got the same questions.
