Phonecall with a Product Manager => Take-home coding assignment I submitted the take-home assignment, which took over 8 hours. I heard several days later they wouldn't be moving forward, even though my project met their stated guidelines. This made me feel like my time was not respected. Given the time required to complete the project, Kapwing should give future candidates an opportunity to showcase their work, unless there are significant concerns with their submission.
