      Project Engineer Interview

      Jun 3, 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Karbak Ventures

      Interview

the interview process was pretty much basic questions (because it was an entry level role) on "practicality" of things I had learnt in the university ranging from welding to reading a P&ID, to projects I had handled before and the cliche "tell us a time" questions as well. the interview was in two stages with the second stage being the more technical part.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

beyond the technical interview, one question that stood out was "how easily doyou handle change and how well I could resolve conflict"
