Did several zoom/phone interviews. They then talked to my references. I was feeling very excited. But when they offered me the job, they offered me less than I make now, despite checking with my current employer (we're in the same company). They then raised the offer to what I'm making now.

One phone interview and one in person interview. Asked a lot of great questions. Felt like it went well. Very good and easy. Good interview process overall. Would do it agaib
