Very organized and friendly. The process took about four weeks from application to the final round interview. I had a great experience even though an offer was not extended. I felt every interview was clearly structured and all employees were aware of my background prior to our conversations.

I applied online and was scheduled for a zoom interview. The person I interviewed with was rude; I knew the interview was over 5 minutes in when I said I was from Chicago and she proceeded to rant at me that people from Chicago agencies have not been able to handle working at Karsh Hagan (whatever that means). Then she proceeded to grill me about my experience in media and TV. When I asked if these were required or the position she said no and that they were just looking for someone to fit the culture.
