I applied looking at the culture and reviews.The interview process was extended for 2 months. The company needs to be careful, to ensure candidates time is respected and valued during the interview process. I had to deal with 3 reschedules across 2 rounds. I do understand things maybe out of control with the day to day but this experience made me wonder if there was a real job position that needed to be filled. I dealt with the interviewer being sick, having to attend a sudden customer call and being out of office on time off .
