The interview process was pretty average. I was interviewed by the HR personnel and a manager. The manager asked extensively about skills and experiences in my resume that directly correspond to the job roles.

What is CAPA and how have you utilized it in your past work?
prepare to be grilled by the head of production and given a level 1 associate position. they will dig into your skills and look unimpressed the whole time. if you like lab work you will get the job

Over Teams video meeting, with three people and went very well. Professional and kind interviewers. Then received a call the next day with an offer. Asked about my goals and what I do in my free time to understand more about who they are potentially hiring.
