Very long interview for a retail job (just over an hour). all typical questions are asked, e.g. describe a time you handled conflict, how do you work within a team.
Few basic retail questions regarding different types of retail workers and hwat you think of them. Or what attribues are desireable in a retail worker . Very easy and more of a test on your character and social skills
The interview was fun, active and on the spot. They asked about motivation and to sell them a random item off the floor ad lib. It was quick and painless.
