I was asked about myself and experience. They also asked about how I deal with conflict, how I prioritize patient care, what would I do if I wasn't familiar with a particular skill or procedure. It wasn't a bad experience.

Describe a time you had a conflict with another employee. What did you do and what was the outcome?
Asked different questions by director and managers. Assess how you deal with emergent situations. Why you want to work there. Do you prefers nights or days . Explain process of orientation for new nurses.
My interview was a Panel Interview with Manager and multiple staff( including charge nurse, clinical educator, bedside nurses). the offer was received a few days later after background checks was performed.
