I applied online and I got the email for the interview within 24 hours, I applied for JR account manager, but they told me is about selling credit cards for another company in different stores . They called me for the second interview but I declined the offer. It is more respectful to match job description with the actual role , so you don't waste the applicants' time.

I went in and waited for half an hour in a super sketchy basement where it seemed that there were multiple companies running out of, then I talked to a manager

I arrived to 10 applicants waiting in a small room, the interview lasted less than 20 minutes, and they were 15 minutes late to interview. Job not as advertised, supposed to be account manager, instead sales for credit card company (successful applicant would ask customers to sign up to credit card company in store).
We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us. Obviously wasn't our intention. Sometimes we can get very busy and it seems as if you caught us during one of those times. I can assure you that all our jobs are as advertised and we fully disclose whats required by a candidate. In fact we even pride ourselves on our openness and communication! Happy New Year!
